Tim Ernst

Tim Ernst is an American freelance cartoonist and illustrator who has lived in Japan for over 20 years. His cartoons have appeared in several publications including, The Japan Times, Mainichi Daily News, Asahi Newspaper, Comic News and Tokyo Weekender. He has published or collaborated on over 20 books including, Gaijin, now in its 26th printing. His work has appeared on local and national television and cable TV. Tim Ernst had solo exhibitions and his work was showcased at several international group exhibitions as well. Besides being a cartoonist, he teaches his profession and English to Japanese children. Ernst currently lives in northern Japan with his Japanese wife and son. Tim Ernst has been with WittyWorld since 1989.
