| Mohammed Effat Abd El-Azim Esmail is an editorial cartoonist
in Cairo. Besides his his cartooning career he is also a painter. Effat
has worked for the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements, the Bulgarian
National Commission for UNESCO, and Egyptian Television. He joined WittyWorld in 1988. | ||
