Medi Belortaja Albanian Desk Born on March 8, 1967, Medi Belortaja is a gratuate of the Fine Arts Institute of Tirana, the capital of Albania. Starting from 1988, he has been a participant in more than 100 national and international cartoon exhibitions, festivals, and/or contests.
