The Soviet Union boycotted the 1984 Olympic games in Los Angeles.
In this series, which he developed for the satirical magazine Sting,
Szabo converted some of the
international sports symbols for the Soviet goverment so they could still
get some domestic use out of them.
The original symbols are in red.
